Submission Guidelines

Proposals may take one of two formats:

- a 20-minute oral or signed presentation;

- a poster presentation.

Proposals must include:

- the title of the presentation; 

- a written abstract of no more than one page, in French or English, or a video proposal of no more than 5 minutes in LSF or International Sign, subtitled if possible;

- an optional additional page for illustrations, figures and references;

 - 5 keywords;

- Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing; 

- the preferred format: oral/signed presentation or poster presentation.

Information about the authors must be provided separately from the proposal on the platform: name, affiliation and email address.

 

Key Dates

• Submission deadline: 24 July 2026

• Notification of acceptance or rejection: 15 September 2026
